Speaking Activities that work
This two week course for practising language teachers comprises 50 hours of classroom tuition, and explores a wide range of tried and tested, motivating speaking activities for all ages and levels.
Through a series of enjoyable and practical workshops participants will try out and reflect on a variety of ways of counteracting problems such as shyness, fear of making mistakes and lack of motivation. The issue of how and when to introduce a specific focus on language will also be discussed.
The town of Totnes is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and cultural interest. Organised group outings, based on the wishes of the group, are included in the course price.
