Situated between the university cities of Exeter and Plymouth, Totnes is a safe and friendly riverside town in the south-west of England within easy reach of both the spectacular beaches of South Devon, and the wilds of Dartmoor National Park to the north. Visitors flock to its winding, picturesque streets with their interesting shops, cafes and street performers. Totnes has excellent road and rail connections, with direct trains from London, Birmingham and Bristol, and direct coaches from London Heathrow and Victoria.
