Drama Activities for the Language Classroom
Drama provides a motivating and fun way of exposing learners to varied opportunities for language use. This one week course for practising language teachers comprises 25 hours of classroom tuition, and explores a wide range of drama activities to use with language learners of all ages and levels. Through a series of enjoyable and practical workshops, participants will experience and reflect on some interesting variations on old favourites like roleplay and simulation, as well as more innovative techniques such as teacher-in-role and statue theatre. No previous experience of drama is necessary.
